Casteel & Associates was founded and is operated by Jim And Betty Casteel. Casteel has been a well know name in investigations since 1987.

Jim Casteel began his career as a rookie investigator for a local company called "Mark II and Associates".  At this time the training for investigators was very limited.  Jim Casteel and his employer, Jim Daniel pioneered techniques procedures and standards that helped achieve what has become thier hallmark. That is the ability to obtian extrodinary film without being detected.  From there Jim Casteel moved into a position where he trained investigators for many years. in 1995 Jim Casteel opened his own company and diversified into a second company that caters to domestic situations. www.casteelagency.com but maintained his work in the injury fraud industry as he caters to coperate clients through Casteel and associates.

Giving special attention to the needs of the claims reps, defence attorneys and insurance companys help us to become a very usefull tool for these professionals. 

Giving consideration to the burden that the judges have during their decision making process, helps us understand how important it is, in the field, to obtian identifiable film and detailed documentation.

Having a knowledge of our limitations and liabilities, we have never put ouselves, our clints or our company in a liable situation.

Our policy on firearms is very simple, where as we believe in the right to keep and bear arms, we do not carry guns to work, we are not cops or cowboys.  We look at ourselves as more of a photographic reporter focused on a special field.  We are here to observe and document as a method of exercising our clients right to discovery.
