when it comes to Injury Fraud
Surveillance is the most accurate method of discovery in any injury/disability case. Our seasoned investigators are experts at acquiring the evidence you need to accurately account for the claimant's physical abilities. We don't provide our clients with useless photos of the road leading to the claimant's house or shots of the claimant's car.
We do not try to baffle our client with courthouse and background research that may even let you know who the claimant's first grade teacher was. A basic background check of prior claims is provided, free, on every case assignment; but our efforts are applied toward bringing you film of the claimant displaying his abilities.

his claims, of injury and inability to work...
We provide clear, identifiable film that can serve in your defense as your attorney's most powerful tool defending your intrest in court. It is also a powerful bargaining tool in meditation.Don't count solely on the doctor's report or claimant's deposition. When it comes to soft tissue injuries or repetitive motion disorders, it's hard for even the doctor to tell whether or not the claimant is exaggerating.
Video makes it simple, you can't film a person doing something that they're not able to do; therefore if we catch them lifting, stooping, bending, running, etc. then they are able to perform that task or function. We provide our clients with video, and a written report which includes photos taken from the video (sometimes it's difficult to get the judge to take time out immediately to watch film, he/she will usually look at prints right away), a CD with photos, and our investigators testimony authenticating the evidence and acknowledging that it is a true and accurate representation of what our investigators observed.
